Dr. Omar Alswailem has rich experience that resulted from the tasks he was entrusted or participated in. This included the areas of strategic planning, academic development, assessment and accreditation, quality assurance, leadership, and others. Has supervised and provided consultations towards the development of strategic plans for various ministries, national institutions, and Saudi universities. He held several leadership positions at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) and worked as Director of the Academic Leadership Center of the Ministry of Education (MoE). He also chaired and participated in many teams, taskforces, committees, boards, and professional associations.
